As expected the trauma patent at EPO didn’t stay unopposed.
First in line (as expected) we find (presumably) Abbott, represented by Harvey Vaughan John Adams.
As with the opposition of the NGAL cut-off patent, they request the revocation of the entire patent.
Well, it was a hardly a surprise. Lets see who joins the oppostion, and (more important) who doesn’t.
