Bioporto VS Phadia. The Verdict.

This summer, after years of struggle, Bioporto’s long standing court case vs. swedish Phadia ended in a victory for Bioporto.

All the years we have been guessing on how the case might end, and what was going on.

Now we can get a glimpse of the development in the case, by looking at this transcript from The Maritime and Commercial High Courts verdict.
