Biogaia is constantly expanding its base in regards of geographical markets. But now a new area of use for proactive bacteria could be via the lungsystem (areosol ?) .
Danish Chr. Hansen Laboratories (listed on the Danish Stockexchange) have begun investigating the possible use of proactive bacteria (L. reuteri ) in fighting allegy and asthmatic disorders
Potentially this could open up totally new markets and liasions for Biogaia, who is already working with the advantages of bacteria in reducing allergy. :
